CONTINUOUS 24/7 RUN LOGSOur Mission
Empower synthetic textile manufacturers worldwide with energy-efficient, ultra-reliable water-jet and air-jet weaving technologies that maximize continuous fabric yield while systematically reducing per-meter water and electrical consumption.
Our Vision
To stand as the undisputed international benchmark for high-velocity automated loom manufacturing—uniting heavy mechanical precision casting with edge telemetry, artificial-intelligence weft verification, and zero-downtime mill orchestration.
Why Industry Leaders Choose Fynite
Built for intensive industrial high-denier operations, our machines are dynamically balanced for minimal vibration under peak load.
Zero-Vibration Box Frame
Monolithic HT250 gray cast alloy architecture absorbing high-speed kinetic inertia without floor micro-shifting or structural fatigue.
Micro-Drop Fluid Nozzle
Ceramic core water guide achieving stable jet flight while lowering process water consumption by up to 35% across standard synthetic deniers.
60-Day Turnkey Cycle
Manufacturing within 60 days of order confirmation, followed by rapid 7-day on-site commissioning and first-run cloth verification.
24/7 Field Engineering
Direct spares dispatch from Surat centralized warehouse within 24 hours accompanied by mobile factory-trained field technicians on call worldwide.
Ravi Kukadiya
Founder, Fynite Machinery
With 30+ years of dedication to high-velocity textile mechanics, Ravi Kukadiya has grown Fynite from an agile fabrication unit into an integrated 38-acre manufacturing campus in Laskana, Surat — the heart of India’s textile industry.
Under his leadership, Fynite combines traditional foundry craftsmanship with in-house CNC machining, CMM inspection and electrophoresis coating to build water jet looms trusted by mills in India and across export markets.
“Our engineering philosophy rests on a single conviction: genuine manufacturing superiority is built at the micron level. By pairing traditional foundry craftsmanship with modern computerized dynamic simulation, we empower mills to produce premium textiles at lower running costs.”
Our 6 Manufacturing Stages
From molten iron pouring to high-speed digital cloth trials, every loom completes a complete quality pipeline inside our ISO 9001:2015 certified facility.
Casting & Stress-Relief
Frame wall boards are cast from high-tensile HT250 grey iron and stress-relieved to eliminate residual distortion before machining.
Ceramic Nozzle Calibration
Ceramic nozzles and plunger pumps are calibrated for a stable, concentrated water jet across reed widths up to 360 cm.
Dynamic Sley Balancing
Beating shafts and crank assemblies are dynamically balanced and verified on CMM to minimize vibration at full beat-up speed.
Digital Shedding Setup
Installation of electronic weft feeders, weft sensors and cam or dobby shedding, linked to the touch-screen loom controller.
48-Hour Test Weaving Run
Every completed loom runs a continuous 48-hour test weaving cycle with real yarn before it is approved for dispatch.
Anti-Corrosion Crating
Machined parts are protected with anti-rust coatings and moisture barriers, then packed for safe road and sea-container transport.
Behind the Machine: Precision Engineering
Industrial textile efficiency begins at the micron level. Inside our assembly and calibration bays, specialized technicians assemble pumps, ceramic nozzles and electronic weft feeders, and every chassis is verified on coordinate measuring machines.
Coordinate-measuring verification of every frame and spindle alignment.
Full-dip electrophoresis coating protects parts from humidity and water jets.
